    Privacy Policy

    Effective date: October 26, 2026.

    1. Who is responsible

KeyWow Global LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States ("we"), is the data controller for personal data collected through hermesruiz.com and related services under the Hermes Ruiz brand. For any privacy matter, contact legal@hermesruiz.com.

    2. Data we collect

    • Data you provide: name, email, company, title, country and phone number when you request a speaking engagement, subscribe to the newsletter, download material, complete the diagnostic or contact us.
    • Browsing data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate country and traffic source, measured with Google Analytics through cookies.
    • Engagement with our posts: public reactions, comments and replies to our social media posts, and aggregated metrics for those posts.
    • Connected brand accounts: when the brand owner connects their own X, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google Drive accounts to our editorial dashboard, we store the access permissions (tokens), the account identifier and the data needed to publish and measure.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive data or data from minors.

    3. How we use data

    • To answer speaking, proposal and contact requests.
    • To send the newsletter and updates to subscribers; every email includes an unsubscribe link.
    • To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
    • To decide which topics to publish, based on aggregated interest signals.
    • To publish content approved by the brand owner on the brand's own accounts, and to measure results.
    • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

    4. Social networks and Google

Our editorial dashboard uses the official APIs of X, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok and Google to publish and measure content only on the brand's own accounts, authorized by their owner. We access only what is needed to publish, verify the post and read its metrics.

    • YouTube. We use YouTube API Services. By using them, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
    • Google Drive. We request the narrowest permission: the app can access only files it creates or that the owner explicitly opens with it, never the rest of the Drive.
    • Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
    • Revoking access. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time in each platform's settings; for Google, at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions Once revoked, we stop using those permissions and delete the tokens.

    5. Who we share data with

Only with service providers acting on our behalf: site hosting and database, email delivery, web analytics (Google Analytics) and the platforms where we publish. We and most of these providers are located in the United States; we require appropriate security measures from them. We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority.

    6. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to measure visits in aggregate; they last up to two years. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions; it processes technical device data and may set a cookie required for it to work. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

    7. Retention

We keep data while the relationship or purpose that justified collecting it continues, and afterwards only as required by law. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe, except for the minimal record proving the opt-out. Permissions for connected accounts are deleted when revoked.

    8. Your rights

If you reside in Colombia, under Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations, you may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your consent; be informed about its use; revoke consent or request deletion where applicable; access your data free of charge; and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. If you are in another jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

To exercise them, email legal@hermesruiz.com with your name, your request and a way to reply. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days.

    9. Data deletion

To have your data deleted, email legal@hermesruiz.com with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm the deletion by email. If the data comes from a social network, you can also remove the connection from that network.

    10. Security

We apply per-person access controls, encrypted credentials and access logs. No system is infallible; if an incident affects your data, we will inform you and the authorities where required.

    11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date and, for significant changes, notify subscribers.
